Quick Update :: Minnesota Photographer

Hey! I’m just poppin’ in today to say hi. πŸ™‚ I feel like it’s been a long time since I’ve been around the blog, and, honestly, it kinda has. As you probably know, I work for a florist as their blogger, social media manager, website updater, and photographer–also, Valentine’s Day happened. So, my attention was with all things flowery, and candy related. Then, right after that–I got hit with the flu, like, the real flu–the Influenza. I had about two days to be sick before one little kid got sick (because kids, literally, even interrupt your sickness), and then one more day before the next little guy got sick. We spent just over a week pretty miserable–including a quick relapse with the five year old. We’re back to good though now–and, thankfully, none of the higher-risk folks in our lives got sick too.

Anyway, I really didn’t have much to say. πŸ™‚ BUT, I felt like I should say hi. I’ll be back to posting a bit more regularly soon. This weekend, I will be back to shooting at the flower shop, and then I’ll be out in Elk River to shoot some pottery for a potter. Sunday, I’ll be working at church to shoot for the church directory–and, next weekend, I’ll be not only shooting for work, and church, but I’ll also be shooting a wedding. (My first since I was very pregnant with my littlest. πŸ™‚ ) I love when my creative plate is full, especially this time of year when I’m struggling with Spring fever.

I’ll post in a couple days with some of this weekend’s work–for now though, here’s a bit of what I’ve been shooting over the past few weeks…
